Our quality guarantee
Motability direct cars are Motability’s best end of contract cars. These are cars that have been well cared for, have well kept interiors free from pet or smoke smells. The cars we supply have no dents and no scratches. Each car is meticulously inspected inside and out by our experienced staff to ensure they are supplied to our customers in as perfect condition as possible. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with the car we show you your deposit can be refunded.
Our preparation standards are higher than online suppliers.
How to buy - Option 1. Visit our showroom
We welcome you to visit our showrooms. Here we demonstrate the quality of the cars we sell and supply. We normally stock one of every car model we advertise.
These cars are our demonstrators which you can test drive and compare. We will then show you online the same or similar cars available to us from Motability Direct. (for details about Motability Direct see our FAQ page)
You then have the option of ordering the model and colour you want. Cars ordered are normally ready for collection in 3-4 weeks.
To order a car we only require a £500 deposit which is fully refundable in the very unlikely event you are not happy with the condition of your order.
The cars we supply have not been modified for disabled drivers or ever had any modifications.
